Cancellation Policy
If you can’t make your appointment or need to change the date, please give us as much notice as possible. You can give us a call or update this online through the appointment booking system in case it is out of our regular business hours.
Privacy Policy
Calibre Salon respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data as required under New Zealand law by the Privacy Act 2020.
When you use the Calibre website to book an appointment or buy a product from the Calibre Shop, we will ask you to provide certain information for the purpose of confirming your identity and fulfilling the services or products you have selected to purchase.
The information collected will include some or all of the following:
- Your name
- Email address
- Postal address (only if shipping is required)
- Phone number
- Debit/Credit card details.
We keep any of your personal details shared when booking your appointment safe and secure using booking software called Timely.
Requests for Copies of your Personal Information
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact us at craig@calibresalon.co.nz.

Newsletter
We have an occasional email newsletter for clients who subscribe to newsletters. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by either:
